By submitting an entry to the Larkins Manchester Ticket Giveaway (the “Prize Draw”), you are contracting with Good Soldier Records Limited (“Good Soldier”) and you confirm that you are eligible to enter and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Prize Draw runs from 9:00 AM BST August 11th 2021 – 18:59 PM BST August 16th 2021 (“Entry Period”)

Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the Prize Draw, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) be resident in the United Kingdom;

Prize Draw runs until August 16th 2021 Any Entries received after the end of the Entry Period will be disqualified. You can enter as many times as you like so go crazy. Good Soldier will not accept (a) any responsibility for Entries that are lost, mislaid or undelivered, regardless of cause; and (b) any Entries that are automatically generated. Winners will be notified by IG DM by August 17th 2021

What you win: A. We will choose ONE winner at random who will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and Instagram Live by Good Soldier Records before 11:59 PM GMT on 17th August 2021 (“Winner”). The Winner will win: (a) 2 x Tickets to the Larkins Show at Manchester Academy on August 19th 2021 (b) Signed Deluxe JCOY Album Bundle - fulfilled on album release (i) Exclusive Tour Poster signed by all members of Larkins (ii) Signed JCOY CD (iii) Signed JCOY Vinyl (iv) Signed JCOY Cassette (c) ‘if + when’ Merch Bundle (i) T-Shirt (ii) Hoodie or, alternatively, Good Soldier reserves the right to substitute the prize or any element thereof with a prize of equal or greater value (“Prize”) The Prize is not negotiable and non-transferable.

Winner Selection: The Winner and Runner Up will need to respond to Good Soldier Records within forty-eight (48) hours confirming they can accept the Prize.
If the Winner fails to respond to the direct message and prize notification sent to them within forty-eight (48) hours of transmission or if prize notification message is undeliverable; or if the Winner is otherwise found to be ineligible; or if the Winner cannot accept or receive the Prize for any reason; or if the Prize is returned undeliverable; the Winner will forfeit the Prize and an alternate winner will be selected from all non-winning eligible Entries (the “Runner Up”). The Runner Up will be notified and be bound by the same conditions and timelines as stated in these terms and conditions. Good Soldier reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of the Winner or Runner Up, if any. Prize will be awarded within twenty days after each Winner’s/Runner Up’s acceptance or response to the prize notification message. Good Soldier will cover any postage and packaging costs of the Prize.

Other important terms: Insofar as is permitted by law, Good Soldier will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Good Soldier. Your statutory rights are not affected. Good Soldier reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize and/or Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with [Instagram]. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
